- 1 can of tuna (in oil)
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 tablespoon Veganaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup pitted olives
- 1 roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
- 1 pinch of salt to taste (optional)
Cook Time: 10 min
In a bowl combine tuna, celery, Veganaise, mustard, and olives.
Slice 1 tomato into thick rounds and place on a platter
Assemble the tuna mixture onto the tomato rounds.
Sprinkle with salt and enjoy
