Tuna salad

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 can of tuna (in oil)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 tablespoon Veganaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup pitted olives
  • 1 roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste (optional)

Details

Cook Time: 10 min
Servings: 2

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl combine tuna, celery, Veganaise, mustard, and olives. 

Slice 1 tomato into thick rounds and place on a platter

Assemble the tuna mixture onto the tomato rounds.

Sprinkle with salt and enjoy
