Smoked Salmon Platter
- 1 bunch of radish's assorted types
- 1 lemon cucumber, or any type of cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of almonds
- 2 different types of smoked salmon
Cook Time: 15 min
Thinly slice lemon cucumber and radish (for the radish, leave some whole, slice others in half, and thinly slice a few to create variation.)
On a serving platter or smoking board, assemble your ingredients.
Start with the bigger items, the fish, then the cucumber and radish. Next sprinkle in groups the almonds, you can swap the almonds for any other nut of your choice.
Tip: For larger groups, I like to mix and match 3 different types of nuts
