- 3 Zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Pinch of Chili Flakes
- Salt + Pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon for garnish
Cook Time: 30 min
Slice 3 zucchinis in to 1 inch rounds.
Heat a skillet with 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil and let it start to smoke a little, then add zucchini
Sear on both sides for about 2-3 minutes, seasoning wth salt and chili flakes
Remove and serve as a side dish. This dish does keep overnight but best eaten hot.
