- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 - 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- Pickled Ginger (for garnish)
Cook Time: 15 min
Wash and clean one bunch of asparagus. Break off tough lower ends.
Heat a skillet to medium high heat and add olive oil. When heated through, add Asparagus
Cook asparagus for about 5-7 minutes, for thinner spears less time is good.
Add rice wine vinegar and sesame oil, sauté for 1 minute
Add sesame seeds and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving dish
Dress with pickled ginger.
