- 1 pound ground Salmon meat
- 1/2 red onion (grated)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt + Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil for the Pan

In a bowl combine ground salmon meat, grated onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. (I use a large fork to get all the ingredients well incorporated.)
Create 4 patties or 8 - 10 smaller patties for appetizer portions
Heat a skillet with olive oil and cook each side for about 4-6 minutes. Watch your patties, they cook fast!
Serve over a salad or your choice of vegetable. Cooked patties can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days.
