Maitake mushrooms

 

Ingredients 

  • 8-12 oz of Maitake mushrooms
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • Big pinch of salt

Cook Time: 15 min
Servings: 4

Directions

Separate clusters of mushrooms and set aside

In a pan, heat up 1 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Place 1 layer of mushrooms down and sear, season with a heavy pinch of salt

Flip over after 3 - 4 minutes and if pan is dry add additional avocado oil

Season again and when cooked through, another 3 - 4 minutes, transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
