- 4 Carrots (small and still with the tops attached.)
- 1 Lemon Cucumber
- 1 English Cucumber
- 2-4 Raddish (Assorted)
- 7-9 Mini Sweet Peppers
- 1-2 Stalks Celery
- 1 Lime Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Cayene

NOTE: Use what you have in your fridge or bowl sitting on your counter or table! My recipe is guide, and so if you English cucumber instead of lemon cucumber, that is OK!
Thoroughly wash and dry all vegetables.
Slice veggies in a mix of styles: half, quarter, strips, rounds
Arrange on a platter
Squeeze 1/2 - 1 lime and sprinkle with cayenne
