Chili salmon

 

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs of Salmon
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

Cook Time: 40 min
Servings: 4

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a small mixing bowl combine spices, set aside

Slice up 1 onion, set aside

Quarter 1 lemon, set aside

Place salmon, (or protein of choice), in a baking dish and sprinkle spice mixture

Layer in onion and lemon

Put into oven for about 20 - 25 minutes depending how thick the cut of meat is.

(For tofu recommended to pan sear and for red meats or chicken grilling is a great alternative.)

Serve immedeately and enjoy!
