Blistered green beans

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound green beans, (edges trimmed)
  • 1-2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons garlic chunks
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons wheat free tamari

Details

Cook Time: 30 min
Servings: 4

Directions

Trim green beans either by hand or with a knife

In a skillet, heat up sesame oil, and add garlic and chili flakes

Warm through for about 1 minute

Add in green beans

Combine and add 2 tablespoons wheat free tamari

Cover pan and let simmer for about 5-7 minutes. The green beans should still hold a big crunch but also warmed through
