Apio Palta
INGREDIENTS
- 5 celery stalks
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste (I usually do not put pepper and can be added for extra taste.)

DIRECTIONS
Wash Celery and remove outer stalks, use inner stalks for a sweeter taste. Slice celery into 1/4 slices and put into a bowl.
Chop 2 avocados into similar size pieces and add to celery.
Juice lemon and add to bowl with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt
Toss to combine and as a refreshing salad.
