almond milk

 

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • Water (for soaking)
  • 4 Cups of almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

Details

Cook Time: 30 min
Servings: 4

Directions

Pour almonds into a jar and cover with water

Refrigerate overnight

Strain almonds and put into a blender

Add 4 cups of water, pinch of salt, vanilla extract, and blend

In batches, using a nut bag, pour and squeeze almond mixture through mesh for strain

Pour mixture into a sealable jar or smaller jars work great as well

Refrigerate within 30 minutes and enjoy throughout the week!
